The End of the Pier Show is a family-friendly 50-minute musical at Brighton Palace Pier that celebrates the pier's history through a delightful mix of classic seaside tunes and modern hits. Join the Palace Pier Performers as they sing and dance through the years, offering audiences a wonderful blend of nostalgia and contemporary fun in this engaging theatre experience.

Allison is Brighton through and through, specifically from Telscombe Cliffs. With a career spanning decades, she has worked across various media, including commercial and public service radio, TV, magazines, stage, and screen. Her performances often resonate with audiences reminiscent of classic seaside tunes, making her a staple near the Brighton Palace Pier. She is known for her captivating family shows that delight viewers at the end of the pier, showcasing her talent in the theatre.
Jack is an award-winning choreographer, writer, performer, and adjudicator. In 2024, he received a Carl Alan Award for Choreography. He most recently contributed as an assistant choreographer to ‘At Last, It’s Summer’ at The London Palladium, where classic seaside tunes brought a delightful ambiance reminiscent of the entertainment found at Brighton Palace Pier. This production is a fantastic family show that captures the essence of theatre at the end of the pier.

Josh Mills returns as Musical Director for The End of the Pier Show, back for a second season on the iconic Brighton Palace Pier. Josh's career pans decades, continents, choirs, theatre, panto, and cabaret. His work began in London where he served as Musical Director for the Accidental Theatre Company, earning acclaim for productions including The Boys in the Bar and Time and Again. Josh spent over eight years as Musical Director of the Amsterdam Gay Men’s Chorus and directed Dutch productions of Urinetown and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change. Back in Brighton, Josh served as Assistant Choral Director of the Brighton Gay Men’s Chorus, helping celebrate their 20th anniversary. He also played a key role in ABBA’s 50th Anniversary show at Brighton Dome, working alongside Eurovision winners Charlotte Perrelli, Måns Zelmerlöw, Emmelie de Forest, Katrina of Katrina and The Waves, Linda Martin, and Nicki French.Josh has also been Musical Director for Brighton Family Panto at the Hilton Metropole, bringing festive cheer to productions including Sleeping Beauty and Jack and the Beanstalk. Beyond panto, he is passionate about nurturing the next generation of performers. As a founding member of Apollo Productions, he mentors aspiring artists aged 5–21.

Local production company Plunge Creations has provided costumes, props and designs for some of the biggest UK productions in recent times, including - The Masked Singer UK, Celebrity Traitors, Saturday Night Live UK and Wicked: For Good. In 2025, the team played a key role in revitalising a theatre space at the end of Brighton Palace Pier, producing the staging design for the End of the Pier Show.
